Our Story

Masterstroke Tokyo is a graphic T-shirt brand, celebrating Old Masters’ manga and anime works. We pay homage to the pioneers and groundbreakers of these popular graphic art forms, which not only have become an integral part of modern Japanese culture but have also become a global phenomenon.

By partnering with legendary manga artists and anime studios directly, we use archived materials such as original manga books and animation drawings from the 1960s and 1970s as our design source. We are proud to be an official partner of Tezuka Productions, Tatsunoko Production, Ishimori Productions, Tohokushinsha and Dynamic Planning.

Masterstroke Tokyo is a part of Nagashima Fukushoku, a Tokyo based premium Men’s fashion company established in 1947.
