Phoenix is a celebrated but unfinished manga series by Osamu Tezuka, in which he explores the theme of re-incarnation. Having worked on the project for over 30 years till his death in 1989, Tezuka called it his ‘life’s work’. Inspired by his original art book, we have remastered the colours and printed it on a blue background for dramatic effect.
